Lee's home was just perfect. Great location, very clean, well appointed, and very peaceful. Really felt like we got away from it all. The stars and milky way from the hot tub at night were a nice treat. While we live in a rural area there are city lights that dim our beautiful sky. We would recommend Lee's home and plan to visit again.
Lee’s home was vey comfortable and a perfect place for our family to gather together. We enjoyed the fireplace and the kitchen was great for cooking a few family meals. We did some short local hikes nearby and enjoyed having access to the hot tub. People that we met in the nearby village of Jamaica were very friendly.
The house and property were amazing. Great location close to great places. Would definitely go back!
We love dogs and absolutely encourage you to travel with your four-legged pal! Be sure to receive prior approval for dogs to visit - there are times we can't accept dogs, so please be sure to get permission at the time you are making your reservation.
Peak foliage can vary pretty dramatically from year to year, but typically the second weekend in October is a great bet! In all honesty though, anytime from mid-September to the end of October you're virtually guaranteed to see beautiful a vivid fall colors. There's nothing like it!
There's a ton of great choices nearby, but two of our favorites are actually owned by the same folks. Honey Pie serves up some of the best burgers around and their sister restaurant SoLo Farm and Table is consistently amazing! Just down the road in Manchester, there are a ton of great options as well, so be sure to explore!
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 11AM. Let us know if you need slightly different hours on either end and we'll do our best to accommodate!
There's a ton of great mountain biking around! For excellent lift-access, be sure to visit Stratton's Bike Park - and be sure to check out West River trails for some great singletrack!
